It has come to My attention that many of My devotees have not understood some of My Essential Teachings. It is necessary that you understand so you will practice properly and not fall behind due to misunderstanding. Which Teachings? I will tell you.
When I said that all are one, I meant that the Atma is the all pervasive Truth in and around all beings. I did not mean to say that all are the same. All manifestations are not the same. What do I mean? Human beings are at differing levels of evolution. That is to say, the consciousness in each being is at a different level. Consciousness of what? Consciousness of Divinity and manifestation of Divinity through that being. So, though all are one from the standpoint of Atma through the Eyes of God, all are not one in the quality of the manifestation of Divinity on earth, in the world of duality. This is why I ask My devotees to keep the company of those beings who are manifesting more of Divinity through their thoughts, words and actions. Their energy vibration is purer, higher, and being in their company will be good for you to raise your vibration. Do you see? If you keep the company of rough, negatively thinking, speaking, and acting beings, your vibration is likely to be lowered, unless you have a lot of protective energy around you. So please be vigilant about this.

Namaste, Blessed Selves!
This is an excellent book for anyone who has been on the spiritual path for a while. Sai Baba points out many pitfalls you can slip into without being aware of. He helps to keep you humble. Many spiritual aspirants have subtle egos and Master Sai points this out. However, new spiritual practitioners will be helped by the book, too. There is much to uplift you and prepare the road ahead. To give you more of a taste, here are some quotations from the book. Hope it helps to inspire and help you along the way.
In section 10, Sai Baba says: My Dear Devotees, in order to avoid troubles in life it is important to practice self sacrifice. What do I mean? When you perform an action, offer the action and the result to God in your heart. Be disinterested in the results. Why? If you have performed the task to the best of your ability, you need not worry about the result. God will accept it. Why is this self sacrifice important? Because you were never the doer of the action. The divine energy in you performs the actions. …
In discourse 32, Sai Baba admonishes us: Please do not ask Me for anything material. I have come to give you the Grace of liberation, to release your soul from bondage. If you are truly with me, joining with me in consciousness in every opportunity, there is no need to ask. Pray for Love, Light, and Peace; that you be filled with these. …
In talk 33, Sai Baba advises us: You see all is not as it seems. When you are true to your heart, you will experience all the way it truly is. The heart knows, the mind thinks it knows. So when you wish to know the Truth, defer to your heart, away from the habitually thinking mind. The mind cannot take you very far toward Truth. Truth is in the heart; seek it there not in the outer world. How? Mainly by meditation and self-inquiry. The grace of God and the Satguru which are the same can help immensely to realize the Truth. … (This is just a taste of Sai Baba’s words for us. One must really read the entire passages to gain the full impact of the Master’s teachings.)
In His closing message in talk 45, Sai Baba says: … My Dear Devotees, know that I am with you and will never forsake you. That is guaranteed. I am you, and you are Me. … I am your greatest well-wisher, your best friend. Depend on Me. Rely on Me. Claim Me as your own, and you will realize the greatest fulfillment possible for a seeker of Truth. …
What more can a reviewer of this great book say? Just let the words of Sai Baba speak for themselves.
All the Best –

A wonderful book channelled by Swami. This is especially meant to those who are just starting to move into spiritual path and learn about god realization. Swami discusses the most common ways devotees fall from the spiritual path and how to overcome ‘pitfalls’ or ‘obstacles’ that one may encounter in this path. Swami beautifully explains how to overcome anger, sadness, and irritation, how to overcome unhealthy practices, superiority and inferiority complexes. For the most part, this is a very ideal and must read book for anyone who wants endeavor into the spiritual realm.

I have read the following e-books from Amazon (Kindle): Moving Toward God Realization, Not Gone Messages, Not Gone I Am Still Calling, Pitfalls on the Path, Removing he Subtle Ego, Not Gone Prelude, How to Remove Conditioning. The last e-book ‘Drops of Light’ came by e-mail. I had the good fortune that a close Sai friend brought me from Puttaparthi in India the soft cover book ‘How to Remove Conditioning’. Then I learned from the website of Catharine and the other books and e-books. Immediately I was spellbound and studied word by word. It was like Sai Baba was directly speaking to the real ‘me’. I am convinced that the teachings are coming from Sai. No one else can tell you such profound things together with such unlimited and overwhelming Love. It was like a revelation. All questions have been answered even the hidden ones of which I did not know I had. English is not my mother tongue and therefore I was especially grateful for the simple use of words. All in all to me the books were and still are much more then helpful on the spiritual path
